Products > Counter Induction Loop
Crafted to fit all reception and service desks, the Direct Access Counter Loop has been specifically designed to reduce background noise making it easier for people with hearing aids to partake in conversation.
In the UK, induction loops are a requirement in public-facing environments under the Equality Act 2010. Under various other legislation, the requirement extends to the majority of European countries.
Statistics have even demonstrated that disabled consumers are much more likely to trust and respect brands and businesses that recognise, accept, and provide for their differences.

The Direct Access Counter Loop facilitates equal access in built environments, enabling users to hear sounds with greatly reduced or eliminated background noise. Using the T switch on a hearing aid, it replaces the actual aid microphone with a more sophisticated one in front of a speaker.Â
