One or more of our team visits your site as a member of the public and reports back on the usability of your site. From parking to toilet facilities, to layout and approach of staff, the results helps to identify areas for improvement.

All of our Consultants are registered with the National Register of Access Consultants or International Association of Access Professionals. We have carried out mystery shopping exercises across a range of sectors including rail and tourist attractions in the UK, Europe, North America and Middle East.
