Safina joins the business with almost two decades of experience in new development consultancy & sales, business development, and bid writing across diverse sectors. In the realm of new development, Safina provided her clients with a crucial UX perspective for property design, marketing spaces and sales campaigns, all with a focus on enhancing user experience.

Before joining Direct Access, Safina played a pivotal role at a prominent care home management company as a New Business Consultant. Her approach to growth objectives looked beyond inspection and contract criteria, and instead centered the experiences of care home clients. This strategic shift not only ensured life-altering improvements for the residents, and peace of mind for their families, but also proved instrumental in securing new business contracts.
