  • To use designated software to undertake accessibility audits.
  • Ability to present clear and well-reasoned Access Reports.
  • Ability to manage time effectively and work to deadlines.
  • Knowledge of the legislative and regulatory framework relating to inclusive design including the requirements of the Equality Act.

Professional Requirements

  • A commitment to the creation of an accessible and inclusive society.
  • Degree / qualification in a relevant field advantageous but not essential.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to advise clients, design teams, and stakeholders clearly and confidently.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to travel to client locations across the UK.
  • Enhanced DBS (provided by Direct Access subject to award of role).

What We Offer

  • Flexible and remote working options.
  • 22 days annual leave plus bank holidays.
  • Support with CPD and professional development, including for those looking to gain their NRAC.
  • Paid expenses during project work.
  • Opportunity to work on landmark and high-profile accessibility projects.
