What is the Disability Equality and Inclusion Training Grant?

The Disability Equality and Inclusion Training Grant is part of Ireland’s new Work and Access employment programme.

This grant enables employers in the private, community, and voluntary sectors and not-for-profit organisations to apply for funding of up to €20,000 towards increasing accessibility and inclusivity within organisations.

This funding can be utilised to arrange and cover the costs of disability equality and inclusion training that Direct Access’ experienced accessibility auditors can provide.

Who can apply?

This initiative is designed for those with paid employees who are committed to providing training and development opportunities that foster an inclusive environment.

Employers and organisations in the private, community, voluntary, or not-for-profit sectors are all encouraged to apply for this support to enhance workplace inclusion for individuals with disabilities and create a truly user-friendly service for customers.
