Direct Access are the Accessibility Consultants for McArthur Glen flagship outlet retail village at Cheshire Oaks. Containing over 140 stores covering a wide variety of brands, it is set out in a village style and pedestrianised.
Our NRAC Certified Access Consultants advised on the car parking, public realm and customer facilities throughout the site. Working separately with individual stores at McArthur Glen, we undertake workplace assessments for disabled staff to ensure workplace inclusion.
