Josh is the administrator for Direct Access’ Nantwich office. He joined the team in 2024, alongside his Guide Dog, Callie, due to severe visual impairment.
Josh joined us after a varied career in multiple industries, embodying the company’s spirit to push boundaries despite disability. He has previously worked in a wide range of sectors such as retail, hospitality, and animal sciences.
In 2015, Josh co-founded the Nantwich Disability Football Club – of which Direct Access is a sponsor. With the considerable growth of the club in recent years, it is now a club for all disabilities (not just Vision Impaired), with several teams. Josh holds the position of vice chair and assistant coach while also playing.
Alongside the Football club, Josh held several voluntary positions, with Guide Dogs, Riding for the Disabled Association, and the National Trust.
