Direct Access has partnered with the City of McKinney, Texas to complete the self-evaluation and ADA transition plan for the city’s parks.

Our consultants have conducted ADA field surveys of several of the City’s facilities and parks to make them more accessible to disabled people.

The spaces include:

  • Recreation and parks
  • Associated parking lots
  • Paved and unpaved park trails
  • Park pedestrian bridges
  • Signalized intersections and sidewalks linked to parks

McKinney is a city in, and the county seat of, Collin County, Texas, United States. It is Collin County’s third-largest city, after Plano and Frisco. A suburb of the Dallas–Fort Worth metroplex, McKinney is about 32 miles (51 km) north of Dallas.
