ADA Access Consultant (Cincinnati)

Direct Access, a leading U.S. accessibility consultancy, is expanding its team to service contracts across the United States, with work due to begin imminently in Cincinnati, where we will develop an ADA Transition Plan.  

We are seeking dedicated individuals to join us as Access Consultants to assist in the delivery of this contract. In this role, you will conduct ADA/ABA/FHA evaluations onsite and produce executive summary reports. This is a remote position, but you should be comfortable with regular travel to diverse areas across the United States and office-based work when required.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct ADA/ABA/FHA evaluations onsite

  • Travel regularly to various locations across the United States

Ideal Candidate:

  • Understands accessibility compliance requirements

Administrator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrator to manage and support daily office operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining efficient administrative processes, providing excellent support to our ADA Access Consultants, and ensuring the smooth running of office functions.

They will be able to manage and navigate each of these duties as Direct Access expands its workforce in line with company terms and conditions.

Essential duties and responsibilities

  • Maintain and update office records, files, and databases.
  • Handle office supplies inventory, order materials, and manage vendor relationships.
  • Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks, including expense reporting and invoice processing.
  • Support HR functions such as onboarding, maintaining employee records, and scheduling interviews.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Provide administrative support to management and other departments as needed.

Qualifications and experience: High school diploma required; associate or bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field preferred.
