Access Consultant

Mathieu has a wide-ranging experience working with individuals with developmental and physical disabilities. Mathieu also has experience working with individuals who have a hearing or visual impairment. 

Mathieu attended Westfield State University and received his BA in Sociology and BS in Regional Planning in 2016. Mathieu began volunteering in the fall of 2015 to assist with the Springfield Massachusetts Sled Hockey Program. This led to assisting with other adaptive sports programs around Springfield MA that included Bowling, Swimming, Beep Baseball, Fishing and Wheelchair Basketball for Center for Human Developments All In: Barrier- Free Recreation Program. 

Mathieu moved to Vermont in January of 2019 to become a Service Coordinator for Rutland Mental Health and Upper Valley Services.  He provided oversight to Home and Community- Based Services for individuals in Vermont. 

Mathieu enjoys traveling around the U.S with his wife. Mathieu is an avid sports fan who follows all New England sports teams. He enjoys coaching the Central Vermont Pioneers Sled Hockey Team as they compete all around the Northeast.
