Architects and Southern Green, Direct Access advised on the application of the estate&#8217;s planned sustainable interpretation of the traditional terrace street pattern, which will offer unique communal spaces that maximise views across the Tyne Valley.<\/p><p class=\"simplyweb-checked\">Some of the environmentally friendly features that the estate will present include solar panels, air source heat pumps, and electric car charge points &#8211; each of which will contribute to the eco-friendly and sustainable development of similar housing projects in the long term.<\/p><p><span class=\"simplyweb-checked\">Utilising our understanding<\/span><span class=\"simplyweb-checked\">\u00a0<\/span><span class=\"simplyweb-checked\">of <\/span><span class=\"simplyweb-checked\">best <\/span><span class=\"simplyweb-checked\">practice <\/span><span class=\"simplyweb-checked\">accessibility, <\/span><span class=\"simplyweb-checked\">our consultants<\/span><span
